Trace the origin

Search snippets help locate a candidate source. We follow the publisher behind a statement. Two pages can look independent while relying on the same release, so the source trail matters more than the number of repetitions.

A source dependency

A short extract can omit conditions or keep old text after a page changes. A short brief needs enough provenance for another reader to retrace it. Record the publisher role, the exact statement and the page consulted. Several secondary summaries can share one origin; their agreement should not be described as independent confirmation.

Keep the trail visible

Read the destination in context before citing its statement. Keep the question, the source reference and the remaining limitation together so that a later reader can reconstruct the reasoning. This article is an editorial documentation exercise; it does not report a physical device test or assign a product score.
